getting error while filling unlocking from

i am trying to fillup unlocking from when i entre my details in it and click on submit after that get this error

i try with 2 other laptop and also diffent internet getting same error please can you help about it,

@Damienmoz I've replied to your post on another thread here regarding this. 

@melon22 Please clear the cache and cookies on the device you're using and try to complete the online, network unlock code (NUC) form again - everything seems to be back up and running now.
