Hey there, i have been trying to fill out the NUC form for a few hours now and everytime it just goes to local host page and unable to connect to server, is there a way to do this over the phone or email as i would love to get this unlocked, cheers.

Some people have experienced issues with the form even if they try another browser or clear the cache and cookies of the one they are using.
Customer services on 191 or Live Chat can complete the form for you.

@Damienmoz Please try the NUC form again - everything should be back up and running now 😊
It may be worth clearing the cache and cookies on the device you're using first.
If you still experience problems with this, please let us know.
