i cant i.d my router password

i cant i.d the first digit/letter on my router! (image attached)

i have tried:

i (upper and lower)

l (upper and lower)

1 

i can WPS my phone and lappy, but not my PS3.

i tried to access router via i.p, reset the password on the router, re-entered the above and i still cant enter the password to the router.

Looks like a lower case L to me...

If you're able to get into the Vodafone Connect App on your phone it should display the password as well. Try and copy and paste it from there, email it to yourself then paste it into Microsoft Word (or similar) and change the font a few time to see if it makes it easier to read
