The normal way to answer a call on an Android device is to slide the green buttton that appears when the phone rings. It can be inwards or upwards and the manual will tell you how.
thank you, thats what we tried but it didn't work it turned out to be the middle symbol pushed towards the green phone symbol!! i would love to read the manual, but it didn't come with one, i think they assume evryone knows about technology these days!!
