I recently reset my phone and now can't get iMessage and FaceTime to activate. I've followed numerous things to try to get it to work but it doesn't. Last time someone at Vodafone talked me through what to do and in sure something was changed in the APN settings but I can't remember. Any suggestions??

Hi
These self help page assisted me.

I assume mobile data is turned on as iMessage needs this to be toggled on to work. Ie you can access the Internet ok.

Sorry to hear that. 😒
If your able to connect to Vodaphone's Data services and access the Internet then your APN's are correct so their should be no need to go into those.
Process of elimination: Can U try ure Sim in another phone2 rule out either the Sim or Phone which may be at fault.
It may be beneficial to visit an Stores Genius Bar if you have one local via an appointment via https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/ or sometimes popping in to speak to an specialist they can help.
Or possibly your local Vodaphone HighStreet Store employees can take a look for you.
