iOS 8.1.2 update no SIM installed message on iPad 2

Since I've updated my iPad to 8.1.2 it can't find the SIM installed. I've swapped it with my phone SIM and it works in there but neither work in my iPad.

Toggling flights mode, resetting and restoring don't help.
