I have a iPhone 5s
Updated to iOS 7.1 now cant connect.
Suresignal still working with Nokia 925
Tried :
1. Searching (man/auto) on iPhone
2. Deleteing number / adding number on suresignal via MyVodafone
3. Switching on/off iPhone
4. Switching iPhone to airplane mode
iPhone working Ok before iOS update although sometimes need to restart Nokia 925 phones after leaving house so they reconnect to suresignal?
Help please - Suresignal needs software update?

Hi johneo,
When you’re away from your house, are you able to pick up a 3G signal?
If not, you may need to update the carrier settings by syncing the phone with iTunes.
If you can get a 3G signal, I’d suggest doing a factory reset of the phone.
Remember to back up to iTunes/iCloud first.
Also, to make sure the Sure Signal is as up to date as possible, can you perform a factory reset:-

I have the same problem again with another new iphone 6 - its my number attached to suresignal account
Cant link to suresignal
Tried everything you suggested
Any more ideas?

Your Sure Signal looks fine from here.
Have you recently upgraded? If not, has it worked previously?
Try removing your number from the Sure Signal, leave for a few hours and then read it. If you’re the owner of the Sure Signal, move the ownership temporarily to one of the other numbers, so you can do this.
If you’re still having problems after trying this, reset your Sure Signal.
