Hi
My contract is almost up, however, on speaking to your telephone team yesterday it seems there are no discounts for being a customer of over 15 years and I was offered a ridiculously expensive deal by someone who was clearly bored, disinterested and even said 'ta-ra' very unprofessionally at the end of the call. Was this just a case of getting the wrong customer service rep or should I just go elsewhere?
