One off charge?!

I have recently added Vodafone Broadband to my mobile account and have received a one off charge on my bill for £30.99 with no explaination apart from "One Off Charge" with a code of SBL-1000000220044969 with details in my charge summary, can anyone shed some light what this is as my last bill was more than expected also?

Is this Vodafone Broadband for the home which includes a Router ?

 

If this was my situation I'd countact Customer service via online Live Chat or by one of the relevant numbers in Vodafone contact-us.

 

They will be able to access your account.
