Hi Tim,
I've checked your serial number and everything looks ok at this end, it's a little strange that you can't connect when before you could.
I've resynched the unit now, can you perform a reset and let me know if your 3GS picks up a signal?
- Press the button on the foot of the device by the Ethernet sockets.
- Hold it in for approximately 30 seconds.
- When the lights come back on, release the button.

Have you tried removing the iPhone that isn’t working from the Sure Signal box, waiting 24 hours and then re-applying it?
It could just be that it’s failed to go through properly.
The other thing to check would be that the iPhone has the 3G option turned on?
