iPhone 5 Screen

I very recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone 5.  I’m currently residing in Dubai and the phone isn’t working – the right hand side of the screen isn’t recognising when I press the screen which renders the phone useless.  What can I do if I'm in another country?

Unfortunately you will have to wait until you are back in the UK, How long are you out of the country for? you are in a 14 day return policy I believe?

Yea you wont be able to do anything whilst outside of the UK.

I thought that would be the case. I'm not back till Christmas! Do you know how long the Apple warranty is? It just stopped working one day!

The warranty is 12 months
