Have you tried de registering and re registering your number.
I understand your upset but this does not warrant you cancelling your contract without a cancellation fee.
The Early Termination Fee is the total amount of line rental outstanding for the remainder of the contract, without VAT, and less a 2% rebate.
This figure will be calculated on the price prior to any discounts.
Try using Live Chat from a computer or perservere with customer services via telephone if the above links do not help.
Try resetting your iPhone.
On the iPhone hold down the Sleep/Wake Button and Home button together until the Apple Logo shows. Then On seeing this Apple Logo release both buttons ,and the iPhone will reset , which has been known to clear most glitches.
