Hi Guys,
Fully understand that there is a delay in getting iPhones, but none of your external systems seem to be working.
Check the status of you order - Just gets invalid order?
Login to you account - won't let me change my password?
I am happy to wait, but expectations need to be set and realistic?
Can you advise how I can get a order update in the meantime for an order which was placed online?

When using the order tracking page, please try clearing your cache cookies and trying it from another browser.
If this is still not working, get in touch with us here and we'll be happy to check the order for you.
As soon as we have the stock we’ll do our best to get the phones out to you as soon as we can.
