iPhone 6 blue screen

I have the iPhone 6 128GB and its faulty, it frequently crashes with a blue screen then the apple logo, it does this about 10 to 20 times per day and can do it every few minutes when using it, does it mostly when browsing the web or trying to send pictures via whatsapp or iMessage!
What's even more annoying is this started only 3 days ago and literally one day after my 14 day cooling off period..

So my only choice is to go to Apple, but then I'll be given a refurbished phone! Not good considering it's a brand new handset, I want a replacement brand new handset!

I have insurance from Vodafone but I'm sure that won't help me?

Well quite impressed really as spoke to CS and although I was out of my 14 days they put a note on my account and told me to go to a vodafone store, I did and was swapped instantly, the store person was very nice! However the store manager wasn't happy, and was quite frankly rude, Walked past me and said if this one is faulty then you will have to send it away for repair, we will not exchange again!
The store sales assistant apologised and said he's been in a bad mood all day!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed this one will be ok

There is a known manufacturing defect with those phones involving the memory chips. Take it Apple and insist on a new phone as a replacement.
