Voicemail Red Dot over Phone icon?

Hi,

My wife and I both have iPhones. I have an iphone6 she has a 5C, I'm with Vodafone, she's with EE. When I get a voicemail, I simply get a text to tell me I have a message but when she gets a message, a little red dot appears on the phone icon on the home screen. Is it possible to get this on my iPhone? Or is it just an EE thing and not possible on Vodafone? Thanks in advance!

Hi there

This is down to your voicemail settings. If you call 121 from your handset, you will be able to modify your settings. Select option 4 and then option 3 for mailbox settings.  There you will be able to choose how to be notified.  You will want the icon alert.
