iPhone 6s Wifi Calling

I have a red+ sim only plan but no signal at home. I am considering updating my phone. I see that to have wifi calling on compatible android handsets I need to buy them from vodafone. (not an option). However the info on iphones seems ambiguous. If I were to buy a sim free handset (6S or 6s plus) from apple would I be able to use wifi calling with my red+ plan. Customer services seem confused and want to sell me a new plan with a 24 month contract.

Apart from Samsung devices which need to be purchased direct from Vodafone, you will be able to use WiFi calling on Apple devices purchased direct from Apple.
