I have preordered an iPhone 7 on the 9 th and I have recived one email saying about a credit check and that is it i have not received any additional email from Vodafone

May I ask if you have checked any spam in boxes etc. 

It it can occasionally take a little while to go through Credit Checks. 

Please allow for the Weekend too. 

If you do not hear anything in a few days then perhaps give Vodafone a call.

@BandOfBrothers' is spot on - credit checks can take a little time to complete. 

Vodafone will send you further emails with confirmation details and a dispatch date as soon as we have the details.

Please keep checking your emails, spam and junk files.

Ok Thankyou both do you know roughly when the iPhone 7 plus 32 gb will be in stock ? Or when I can pick mine up

I'm afraid we have no further information regarding new stock. 

If you have already ordered your iPhone 7 you will receive a confirmation with further details as soon as Vodafone has an update.

I would just like to know if something has went wrong with my order because I got one email with the (web-) code and have recived no further information about the progress with that he order. Just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else
