iPhone X 256GB Pre Order Update

Out of interest what are everyone's expected delivery dates for the 256GB X?

 

I completed my online upgrade this morning with confirmation email delivered 08:00, I have an estimated delivery of 18th November.

 

Has anyone got an earlier delivery date? What time did you get your order processed?

My Space Grey 256GB confirmed DPD tracking number today, for delivery 3rd Nov.

 

Voda contract updated this morning, new spotify etc.

Ordered same phone 27/10 had a call yesterday from Vodafone business delivery not expected before 30/11.

That 11 November delivery date is a con. I, too, pre-ordered and was given a 11 November delivery date. I then was sent an email saying the courier would arrive on that date. Now all I get are emails and texts saying "sorry, we don't have stock and will update you in 3/4/5 days". Worse yet, it says not to call customer service.

 

I rang Ofcom this morning and they said they were deluged with complaints. This was false advertising. Vodafone is the only mobile phone company who PROMISED to have stock. And yet they don't. When I get the phone I'm sending it back and going to O2.

I can quite imagine. 

 

I'm not there yet to cancel it (I won't move from Vodafone for the foreseable future) but I was certainly missold on the phone (and txt) that it would arrive on Nov 3. The worst I will do is cancel the upgrade and go back to my original Sim Only plan.
