New PAYG sim. 4G not working, 3G works fine. Settings are correct, no issues in area, old Vodafone payg sim worked fine. Chat support escalated it to a tech a week ago and I’m still waiting for a reply. Anybody here got any actual help?

As a process of elimination can you insert your sim card in another phone and see if 4G is attained?
Last time I looked at an iPhone's settings there is a preference setting to choose 4G etc. Have you checked there.
Can you try another Vodafone Sim card In the phone ?
If it is at Account level then its going to be a case of waiting until they possibly reset your account.

@ph_cfc - I’m sorry you’ve not had an update from when it was escalated. If you’ve followed the advice from @BandOfBrothers and 4G still isn’t working, then we can check your account.
