I have been on the phone for 90 minutes trying to arrange the return of the SS device which wont work. I bought online from Vodafone and i ring up and as its not linked to my account they cannot help. I bought online from VF and have all paperwork etc. I am stuck and going round in circels please help

The usual course of action is Vodafone send out a returns bag.
If this was my situation I'd persevere with Customer service to either send a bag or authorise a return via Dpd or even though not usually possible back to a store.
