How do I do this, please? I've tried the various code strings suggested & wondered if the system has changed recently as these suggestions are quite old. Thanks.

The following should do it (although I have no idea what the 10 is in there for, I have seen it missing, or 11)

**61*121*10*30#

The 30 can be changed to any other multiple of 5 (upto 30), and is the time in seconds before the divert kicks in.

Yes, I believe it works for any phone. I used it effectively on my BlackBarry phones.  Not tried it with my Lumia 925, though I am sure it would work. Why not try it and let us all know? :Smiling:

hi i did try that code but it failed lol im waiting for vodafone to get back to me as ive had no network coverage since saturday x

Hi martina64xx,

The sequence that grolschuk gave above is a network command that will work on all phones.

I can see you’ve posted here about the signal issue you may be facing in BT42. One of our community experts, drey_p, has posted asking you to look at our Network Troubleshooting guide.

It seems that it’s not been convenient to reply yet. Once you’ve had chance to do so, we can investigate the signal issue for you.

Thanks,

Andrew

I use an iphone 4 and have tried the code **61*121*10*30# (with and without the 10) and get the response: Error Performing Request;Unknown Error; Setting Registration Failed Voice Call Forwarding when Unanswered.  Where to from here?

Hello Regqueen

Try using 11 as the third number instead of 10.
