I was wondering if you could help?

I ordered a 16GB iPad 2 yesterday but meant to ask about upgrading to the 32GB or 64GB model.

I believe this may have now already been despatched.

Is it possible to return the 16GB model and replace it with one of the other models? If so:

1) what is the one-off cost of the upgrade i.e. 32GB or 64GB?

2) will this affect the existing tariff I was setup on?

3) how do I go about arranging the swap?

So that you can arrange the swap of this it is best to contact our returns team. You can do this via 191 on a mobile phone or 08700 700 191.

There is a cost difference, and you can see these on our iPad 2 offers page.  But I know that the returns team will discuss this with you.
