Hi,
My partner just joined vodafone with her iphone 4. Her phone has no way to connect to my current sure signal, although my blackberry works well with the VSS.
I registered her as an additional user, reset her phone, reset the VSS, read all the troubleshoots on the site, all is not working so far.
I also tried to put her micro sim card to another 3G hand set Nokia Lumia 800, again, no way to pick a 3G signal. So I guess there is something wrong with her new sim card? She just had a sim porting from O2 to Vodafone today.
Any advice appreciated!
Thanks
Vince

Hi jimpyle,
Thanks for letting us know where we're up to with this.
If you're able to, I'd recommend you try de-registering and re-registering the VSS. If you can't do this using the dashboard please click here to send us your details and we'll be in touch.
Cheers,
LeeH

Dear Team
Inserted new SIM card and rebooted everything and still no success. This is getting quite frustrating now as I had suspected it was the SIM card.
As a matter of interest when rebooting the SS and following your procedure. I cannot get 'constant' lights before pulling the power. I just get a brief flash of all lights so perhaps my reboot is not as expected?
