Hi Vodafone,
please can you resync my sure signal? Its serial number is: 42142462888
We're getting 3G signal on registered users with iphone 4s, but not those with iphone 5. When initially setting up the sure signal a few months ago we got 3G on the iphone 5 devices, but for the past month it has been sporadic to non-existant.

I've popped a manual resync through for you. Please reset your Sure Signal and allow up to six hours for it to come back online. You may need to also turn off and on the handsets affected.
