hi, i have a problem topping up my mobile wifi (payg)
yesterday i topped up online with my debit card, 1gb data @ £10. money was debited from my bank account, but after two hours no data was loaded onto mobile wifi. called customer services and the nice lady added £10 to the mobile wifi account, problem was i could'nt see a way of converting that into 1gb data? then this morning, log on to the mobile wifi and the £10 has dissapeared, balance is zero.
so again i call customer services, explain the whole story and again £10 is added to the wifi account, the gentleman i spoke to said he would convert it to the data for me? anyway i still don't have my data i originally paid for. getting slightly frustrated with this. i remember having a payg vodafone mobile last year and having similar issues, can't beleive this is still ongoing? can anyone advise what to do next?
