Hi,

I have been having the issue for 2 months now. Please see attached. Tried the usual, cleared cache, data, uninstalled, rebooted, etc etc. No luck. I must say that I have never come accross such poor customer service as I have done with vodafone. Spoke to managers, agents, online, phone, email, u name it. The worst ever. I have numerous issues but this one is the one that needs resolving first. Any ideas ?

It seems quite a few people have been affected by similar issues connected to the app. 

 

Can you still use your myvodafone online ?

 

May I ask what phone and Os your using.

I can use vodafone online as of a few days ago, but this had been locked also. I had to spend half an hour getting this unlocked. Apparently the tech guys had had my online account locked during their investigations. Shambles.

 

phone and OS: Nexus 5x , android 7.0, but the app issues started happening before i got 7.0 and it had been working fine on 6.1

In order to speed things up, here is the one of many (i think about 15???) replies I have received, incident number which has been reported. All I get is automated replies

Ok. 

 

I understand this happened before on Marshmallow and and I have seen people say it's not working for them on nougat. 

 

I hope this is resolved for you asap as it sounds like it is account related and not software.

It seems that be a android 7 issue as i was an early adopter of Android 7 on my nexus 6p issue appears appeared from the developer preview and has been there ever since so roughly 6 months i won't hold out any hopes of it being fixed anytime soon

Thanks, atleast a straight answer. So is this forum any good for vodafone to pick my issue up or am i wasting my time ? I have tried everything else
