netflix buffering at 25%

Hi Guys I have had this issue for several days now. Everything works perfectly on my xbox one except Netflix. It loads ok but when I try to play a title it buffers @ 25%. I have done every troubleshooting step imaginable. I have spoken to techies from Microsoft, Netflix and Vodafone. The last step I did was to change the DNS on my Xbox as per Vodafone techie. Primary: 208.67.222.222 Secondary: 208.67.220.220 I uninstalled netflix did a reboot clearing the cash then reinstalled Netflix but nothing again. I have also changed the port settings as per Microsofts request. Netflix works on all other devices laptop, ipad and phones. Any help on this would be gratefully recieved. Cheers
