not working plug in sure signal

cant get this thing to work.  have two white lights and the power on. no signal on phone. when signal does show mobile says its not registered on the vf network.  

i do have slow bband. less than 1mg down and .5 up.any ideas who to call as help desk is a nightmare and knowone seems to know what to do.  im also on onenet with my phones could this be afecting it?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
