online topup - says call credit but i need data

I need some help please since trying to top-up £15 for a new 3Gb web-pack for the 6th of June, Topped up but it says call credit, Is that right, will that kick in a 3Gb of new data usage from the 9th otherwise that's £15 I just wasted. Cant see any other way to top it up on-line on Vodafone's website.
