Could you please someone from the tech team let me know the phone nr. of the dedicated complaints team?
The router has issues since last Friday night, BT engineer visited my home and found the line ok, still problems like random disconnections, router's log shows LOW SNR margin ( average 7-8 dB, sometimes goes to 1 or 0 (zero) ). Even using a simple ping (eg ping 8.8.8.8) I m getting sometimes over 72% packet loss!
Well, I am not happy about this outcome, latest call to the tech support asked me to do silly tests with the "speetest.net" (now WTH has to this with the erratic connection!!?), I definitely will escalate this to Ofcom as it seems the tech support wants to get rid of me.
