phone will not connect to underground wifi

Hello. After travel to the US (and using a US SIM card while there) upon my return to the UK my phone no longer auto-connects to Vodafone Wifi in the Underground. (and yes, the Vodafone SIM card is installed + the profile re-downloaded and installed) I am asked for user names and passwords -- the one associated with our online account does not work.

 

Your website states the phone should auto-connect. It used to without issue. What's going on?

@Anonymous There's been no issues reported with the London Underground Vodafone Wi-Fi.

 

If you've tried uninstalling the My Vodafone app and re-downloading with no success, please speak to our Live Chat team for further help.

dear vodafone tech: is there a way to delete my eforum account? i don't need it. your answers are no help + like a 5 year old, you've "awarded" me two badges. which in no way mollifies me.
