problems with K4505

Hi I have a Vodafone mobile broadband usb and have plugged it into my HP pavilion 15 notebook running Windows 8.1.

The usb is detected and it installs the device and shows the signal strength etc. When trying to connect, an error message saying:

RAS 770 and 635 error codes and says mobile connection is not possible.

I have tried choosing usb device and sim device but the same thing happens. If anyone knows information then it would be much appreciated as I have no internet access at the moment.

So that we can look into this further, please let us know the following:

• How long have you had the dongle?
• Have you used the dongle before?
• Does it work ok in another laptop?
