registered sure signal

hi.

i have just changed my phone number on my account. my sure signal was registered to my old number which no longer exist's the problem im having is that i cant register the sure signal as its registered to my old number?

when i log into my old account it no longer shows the sure signal so i cant deregister it?

any help?
