reset required

Hi: sure signal v1 working fine for months....moved it and now three lights are on but signal drops...does it need a reset

Hi andigoodman,

Thanks for supplying your serial number. I've performed a resync for you. To complete the action can you:

1. Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
2. Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
3. Once the lights come back on, release the button.
4. The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

Hi: thanks... all good now...I do need to unplug this device from the mains to move it...will i need to reset it again when i plug it in...

It won't hurt to give it a quick reset once it's switched back on.
