resync my Vodafone Sure Signal pls

I have followed all your Vodafone Sure Signal tips - can you pls resync my sure signal as last effort!!

Hi metalslug14,

I've done the resync for you. Can you do a factory reset of the Sure Signal box for me to pick this up?

• Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
• Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
• Once all lights display release the reset button.
• The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

If this doesn't work, can you describe the issue you're having for me, including the light sequence you're seeing? This will give us a better idea of what the problem may be.
