samsung s6 video call

Hi, I'm unable to make video calls as I don't appear to have that option.
I am able to receive video calls...... I'm stumped.
Can anyone help please?

I don't have that option on my edge,well can't find it after seeing your post so assuming it's not a feature on s6?

Samsung say it's a provider issue and that Vodafone have to give you the option

This is odd!

When you try and make a video call do you have any error messages?

Make sure that your internet settings are correct; you can do this by seeing our internet settings page.

I don't have the option to make a video call. ... only option via contact is call or message....
