sure signal 3 not working

I have had the most frustrating morning. My Sure Signal 3 is not working. I have one solid red light and on a on/off white fading globe with arrow round it. No other lights. I spoke with Tech support and they told me I needed to check port settings with BT to make sure my hub was configured properly. I have had both hub and sure signal working fine for last 2 months together so confused as to why this should suddenly happen. Has anyone else had this problem? I have spoken to BT who said that all port settings match up this took 30 mins plus the 2-3 hours I have spent in various conversations with Vodafone people. One of whom was extremely unhelpful and rude ( I will be complaining formally about this person). I rely on my for my business (self employed) on people being able to call my mobile. Today this has not happened as I have no signal. My sure signal is still not working. Instead of spending money on advertising and sponsorship maybe focusing more on individual customers would be a better starting point.
