sure signal not working

The issue you’re experiencing: I have a Vodafone sure signal box in London which used to work and had stopped working with a new router.  I updated to a new sure signal device but it is still not working.  I tried setting up port forwarding having given the Vodafone sure signal device a fixed ip address at 192.168.1.150

 

I have tried port forwarding to this address

 

What light sequence you're seeing:

Flashing red light, internet light flashed briefly and is now off, 2 remaining lights are fixed and orange

Hi

 

Check the routers MTU settings and that it supports VPN passthrough.

 

Many routers are fixed at MTU that the design of the SureSignal cannot cope with.
