Hi biggles01,

This message is sent out when the Sure Signal detects a change.

It may not be you physically moving the Sure Signal, but your ISP making changes which they're not required to inform you of.

The best way to stop this is to log into your administration services, change the location to another known address post code, and then change it back after ten minutes.

I too have been getting repeated requests for updated address changes despite not moving.  I have reregistered the same postcode each time, which is clearly not working.

Hi Ergatestheant,

Try changing this to another postcode (you can use ours: ST1 5GP) and then change it back.

It should then work. :Smiling:

Thanks,

Jenny
