sure signal v3 stopped working

 just got my sure signal v3 2 weeks ago i had problems getting it working but sorted it and now it has not been working since i got up this morning i havr rebotted my router to factory default settings but still nothing all day it has just had permanant red light with the internet conection light comming on but apart from tht nothing

serial number of sure signal v3 is 40131559334

i have a sky sagern router with sky broadband 

my IP address is 90.207.138.237

need help plz
