My suresignal versión 1 serial number 21222194314 has ceased to work. Hadnt worked for months. De registered then re registered made no difference. Aldo constant hard resets also made no difference. Get 2nd light flashing and them at other times get 4th light flashing.

Thanks for the information; your speed test and ping test are fine. Your IP address is on our whitelist so no problems there either.

 

Although your traceroute shows drops on both hop 4 and 5, it still reaches our servers.

 

I checked your serial number and it connected to our servers last night at 20:13, are you still seeing the same lights?

 

To make sure your unit is as up to date as possible, I’ve just resynced it.

 

So that the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-

 

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour
