Why buy suresignal? When it fails support on 191 is nearly always engaged. The few time it rings, it is never answered. How do you make suresignal work or get support? It's a waste of £100.

I don't really understand how they expect to support a device thats designed to fill in where you have no signal, via a phone call. Surely if its not working you can't use the phone, if it is you don't need to call them.

By the way, is you problem really fixed?
