Hi,
Yesterday I did a sim swap on my number, and now none of my (3) SureSignals will connect to my phone. The other phones are all ok still. I have done umpteen factory resets to no avail. The SS's are working fine, just not with my phone. SS serial #'s are 42151689520; 40140921590; 42151689538.
I don't think it matters, but I moved from a Blackberry phone to an Iphone running v9.02.. I have set the Iphone preference to 3G for voice and data.
I figure the problem is that the Sim # associated with my number has not been updated/pushed out to my SS's

@davidg_wilson I've seen it take up to 24 hours for a sim swap to be picked up by the VSS so it might just be taking it's time.
If you still haven't got it conncted later today then try the Live Chat service available on the Contact us page. Unfortunately Apple decided to launch a new phone so the service it's quite busy at the moment but if you keep the page open it shoudl become available. Alternatively contact customer service, 191 from your handset

thanks. I managed to get through to a very helpful person on the help desk, and it sems the new sim # has not been propogated through the system, so a word of warning to others that after a sim swap to allow for 48 hrs when you might not be able to use your phone through the sure signal.
