switching off content control bar does not work

Hi I have tried to switch the content control bar several times and it is annoyingly keep blocking some of the music/dating sites. 

I have seen many people complain about this. Vodafone reps have said they put a fix in place but it does not seem to work.

Some customers have seen it fixed when VF reps privately messaged and tried to solve it. 

VF rep can you help in my case too? thanks
