Hi all,
I am having trouble with access to the vodafone website. When trying to log in it states i am entering the wrong details. I had always used the username and password saved on my mac. I have tried clearing the history and cache without success. I have also tried using the forgotten name and password options but it always shows an error.
Any help would be great.

well that did not go too well. I spent approx 3 hours on 4 live chats on Wednesday. The first stated he was going to send a password reset by email. The wrong email arrived. The next 3 chats involved the advisors assuring me that they would have this fixed . They all decided to either try resetting the password (did not work). They all then tried to create a new online account. This involved creating a new username and temp password. They advised logging in and resetting the password. None of these worked as i kept getting an error message stating the website was working on the situation.
The last advisor was les than helpful. He suggested deleting the cache and cookies. i used 3 different browsers to try and log in but kept getting the same message. He then stated a specialist team would be used as "maintaince" was happening at this time. He stated it would take 3-5 days. I got the distinct feeling he was fobbing me off and trying to get me off the chat.
As you can probably tell i am not too pleased with the service. Please can someone look into this and help.
