Basically I’ve been trying to get hold off live support I’ve gone to official Vodafone contact us and through the app but when I pressed chat to us nothing ever loads

Are you able to try through a computer , laptop or tablet. 

Also try clearing your browser cache and data and if any pop up blockers are active then let pop ups occur.
