I was wondering if someone could help.
A default has appeared on my credit report from Vodafone for £48 which I suspect is from years ago.
Since I last dealt with Vodafone my surname and address have changed.
When I try and speak to someone on live chat they can’t help me as I can’t remember what email address, etc was used.
I want to pay this. Who can I contact?

Unfortunately I don’t have accounts with any of those and live chat have been unhelpful so far. Is there a postal address I could write to?
