my htc desire 300 settings suddenly stopped. and i can't open it.. so i download an app. so i can turn on my wifi and mobile data.. i dont know what to do.. i already reset my phone but nothing happens.. still the same..

It sounds as though something's got corrupted.   I looked for a way of clearing the system cache and found this, if you're feeling reasonably brave.

If not, or clearing the cache doesn't work, then I fear the device may need to go for repair.
