Hi, I have just upgraded to 'unlimited minutes' on my phone . Does anyone know of a site where the chargeable calls are listed? only I was told my package didn't include with the unlimited minutes 08 calls and 09 calls. I was told that 0800 were chargeable because they came under 08 calls, is this right ? Only they've only just stopped charging them on mobiles 🙂

0800 calls are definitely free, @pwb232
See http://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/costs/call-charges/ and open the Your out-of-bundle charges section to see all the details.

Thanks, both, that's exactly what I was looking for. BTW where it says voicemail does it mean there are no charges to listen to voicemail?

No, not exactly! Calls to Voicemail are taken out of your allowance of minutes, so they are potentially a charge for anyone with a limited allowance of UK minutes. If you have unlimited UK minutes, then provided you are in the UK, all your calls to Voicemail will be free!
Quite a bit of the Support information about this is incorrect or garbled, and implies that, for PayM customers, it is always free. Similarly, it implies that for PAYG it is always charged, but again it comes out of the allowance of UK minutes if available, and is only charged if that allowance is exhausted or the customer doesn't have an allowance.

Your Voicemail calls are technically through 07836121121. If in UK then 121 works as a shortcut and it directs you straight through to your Voicemail.
If outside UK you dial this number followed by your number and PIN to access your Voicemail.
