use of dongle in spain/portugal

im in portugal at the moment and will be travelling through spain next week,i have a uk pay as you go dongle can i use it in europe? if so how much does it cost many thanks

I can confirm that you can use the Top up and Go Mobile Broadband whilst roaming.

The cost is the standard data roaming rate, here is a link to the prices.
